Our products do not restrict to answering phone calls concerning technical help or providing repairs within the complaint service. This allows us to build a set of characteristics which form a complete product. We perceive our services as products made only during the contact between the supplier and the Customer.

Technical support
We deliver first and second tier technical support. Thanks to great competence and constant knowledge broadening, we are able to solve our Customers' most difficult problems without consulting with the producer. We provide after sale help by handling customers' questions and problems regarding the use of particular equipment or software, as well as by selecting suitable products to meet specific needs. As a Customer adviser, we care about our customers' satisfaction and focus on providing expert and professional help. Our teams provide technical support in six languages, including: Polish, Russian, Hungarian, Czech, Slovakian and Lithuanian.
Repairs
We deliver repairs which consist in replacing equipment units as well as single electronic components. We use the tools and measuring devices which enable us to deal with the parts built by SMD technology. Except for removing failures, we also provide for the time of repair and its quality.
Complaint service
Except for the repairs, we also provide a complaint service, including transportation of defective equipment to the service centre and back to the Customer. Within this process, we can delegate couriers to collect the faulty equipment from the customer, due to which, his involvement in the process of complaint handling may be limited to the mere contact with a technical support engineer who specifies a failure. We closely cooperate with the largest forwarding agencies in the region.
On-Site services
We provide repairs at the place of installation for some of the serviced products. It is particularly important in case of the equipment used in production lines or other constructions whose downtime has to be reduced to the minimum.
